Our video clips are encoded in QuickTime format. Windows Media Player and Real Player cannot play QuickTime movies. QuickTime is available from Apple for Macintosh and Windows computers. Please make sure you have properly installed the latest version. You may download it here.

Windows users: If you are experiencing problems and have already installed QuickTime, your problem may be related to Microsoft Internet Explorer's new plug-in format. More troubleshooting information is available from Apple.

We're sorry, but our clips are only available in QuickTime format. If you are running Linux, there is a product called CrossOver Plugin that will allow you to run Windows plug-ins, including QuickTime. See their website for more information. Pixar does not endorse this product.
