I was lucky enough to get the internship right after graduating from college. I met so many great people, both employees and other interns that summer, it seemed like it was as much fun as it was hard work. One of the best things about being an intern at Pixar is that you are surrounded by people who are super talented and have common goals, like a strong work ethic and high expectations of themselves.
