In celebration of Disney Pixar’s Hoppers and the 30th anniversary of the Disney Conservation Fund, Disney and Jane Goodall’s Roots and Shoots are teaming up to connect kids with nature and inspire 100,000 young people to "hop in” to the animal kingdom and make a difference in their communities.
